About Laura Olea López
The sessions are lead by Laura Olea López, curator and cultural manager with over 10 years of experience.
Since 2013, Laura has supported emerging artists and cultural workers in their creative processes and projects. She began as head of the artist-in-residence grants at Blueproject Foundation (Barcelona). Since then she has worked with institutions such as Centro de Cultura Contemporánea de Barcelona (CCCB), The Influencers Festival, LOOP Barcelona Video Art Fair, and Frieze London Art Fair.
In recent years, she has led a pioneering online residency program for international artists, while continuing her curatorial practice, grounded in ethical standards and good practices in cultural management.
